First go round the carb an see where it is leaking from, 2 reasons if its leaking from the side you need to strip an replace the gasket on it, has the diaphram split? To be honest i would take the carb's off split them down clean the float bowl out an the main an second jets out, make sure they aint blocked, clean away all the muck from everything put them back together an they should be fine.
