Yeah I did the update. That's what screwed it. So I uninstalled kies and reinstalled it which took blood ages. So it recognised my phone this time and said firmware update available so I started download and it stopped at 91 per cent and sat there 15mins doing nothing so I unplugged my phone and turned off the computer. Now I have to go to work so it'll have to wait til later
mine did that but it was due to not having enough space on my pc it wanted more
