it's ok, my phone works now, i flashed UltimateMIUI kernel and ROM, it's almost ok now. thing is that the android.process.media keeps on force closing when i try to download something from the market, thus closing the market itself. and the leftmost and botommost sides of the screen isn't responsive to touch, but it's as less as couple of milimeters, so that's not that big of a problem.
