Just a WARNING for EE customers - when you call Customer Services now, after pressing the various keypad numbers to get to the appropriate section, you're then offered a choice of having your call 'prioritised' at a one-off cost of 50p or joining the queue (hitting 1 for priority, or 2 for queue).
Now I know my fellow Prodigiters are too bright to fall for that one, but if you've made a lot of calls to Customer Service (and God knows, if you're on EE you will have done) you may just press the numbers before they're offered for speeds sake, and the final '1' used to be the choice to talk to a customer service representative, so now your speedy Pro digits could cost you 50p without you realising, so watch out.. *
