I'm on Orange in the UK and over the last few days I've noticed my download speed had increased - large apps from the Market were downloading in seconds, and I'm like so I just checked using the GPRS Speed Test app and my upload speed has increased by 300 PERCENT, from around 1.86Mbs to 5.12Mbs, upload and ping increasing commensurately (ahem, Garion's been eating dictionaries again) *
