you can stream regardless of your speed, it will just come out choppy if your speed is slow. Your problem is that your phone most likely doesnt support the content you're trying to stream or doesnt have an application associated with what you're trying to stream. What are you trying to stream exactly? * +

There most likely are. You will just have to search google for a java streaming client. I can remember having a java application on one of my own phones that streamed virgin radio. * +
