Want 2 imei ban or block users on a chatroom or forum that r rude.. In S.A most phones got same ip so u ban ip u end up banning lets say 5ppl with same phne and ip-not fair. And also u can change ur ip urself coz on voda i know of 6 difrnt workin ip's. Djdance u dnt know of any free 1s * +
