It should run it but the spikes on the 3000 series might damage it if no properly switching off on high current protection. Recommended is a 650w psu. The 3600 will be good. I have a equalent intel cpu the 8700k and it bottlenecks my 3080 9 percent so you are fine. My cpu is overclocked tho. * +

You can undervolt the gpu to take less power. wont lose any performance either. 3000 series is great at undervolting. Until you get a better psu later. * +

The bottleneck would be minimal anyway. Your cost to performance ratio should be taken into account long before a bottleneck of a few percent. * +
