If you have a thunderbolt 3 output then yes any external thunderbolt 3 enclosure will be fine. And 4k resolution has hardly any effect on CPU, refresh rate is what hammers them with something like a 2070 super you will be fine at 4k * +

Cyberpunk is utter trash so dont worry about playing it . Much better games to show off at 4k . Personally I would buy a 280 hz monitor instead of going 4k as the difference is much much better than playing at 60fps, 1440p 280 hz is incredible after playing at 60fps * +
