Just wait if you can stomach it. I know the PC is dead without a card because no IGP, but if you are willing to pay for an RX 480 and don't desperately need the machine for a few weeks then it'll probably be more than worth it. Don't waste a bunch of money on older cards.
Borrow a crappy one off someone for a while if you really need the machine for other than gaming. Heck, buy an old used super cheap one that just functions then flog it on again in a month when the RX 480 is widely available. Any old PCIE will do right? Radeon 3450 or whatever

i borrowd my frnds old pc geforce 7100 card an its working atleast i can play cs 1.6 till then , also u think 650 wats,psu will be enough for a rx 480? * +

Easily enough as long as the PSU is a decent brand. The RX 480 is only supposed to be about 150w. 
hang on for the new cards maybe a month, do not buy an old gen card now * +

gave my hd 7770 for rma for the 2nd time with just 8 days left for the warrnty...waiting for my bill to be approved by asus

actually the 7770 2gb is priced 12-13k hea, i have a plan to get the new card they will offer me n sell it for 8-9k n add extra 9 k n get a rx 480 4gb version * +
