Or you can Go to services first. See if the plug and play is running. And use one of the usb at the back of your pc when you plug it in * +

Not sure what you mean by that mate(I would consider myself quite knowledgeble upon these matters but by no means an expert,so I have tried many different things to solve this and now I'm hoping your an expert) * +
