john_163 19.02.21 - 04:48pm
crash dump file: C:WindowsMinidump021921-6046-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: win32kbase.sys (0xFFFFAE207D43465A)
Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC0000005, 0xFFFFAE207D43465A, 0xFFFFBF82D99EDF80, 0x0)
Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
file path: C:Windowssystem32win32kbase.sys
product: Microsoft Windows Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: Base Win32k Kernel Driver
Bug check description: This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in a Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

what could cause this issue?
also for some reason i cant get into bios via delet key it just freezes on black screen but can boot into windows normally * +

If you have a bios screen freeze then it cant be your windows beta messing up. Do you have a cmos reset on your board? Try shifting the memory around try 1 stick at the time. Could also be a drive messing up so if it persists unplug all other usb beside keyboard and all the drives except the bootdrive. * +
