Say i have a 16 gig usb stick but it only shows i have 14.4gig to use.What can i do or how to get the full 16gig to use.I formated but still the same.I know there's a way but i don't kow how.Plz help? * +

I think, a 16 gig is usualy 16 decimal/decadic gig not a hexadecimal 16 gig thats why.... * +

as said, the short answer is you can't unless you want to create a whole computer file system of your own that doesn't require the card to know where things are. * +
