Can anyone recommend a decent vr headset for desktop. Is there a decent alternative to the oculus rift. What about games, anything good out there. *

HTC's vive was highly rated when it was demo'd at some tech show. if I were you I'd wanna go in-store and see just what you'll be getting for your money before buying anything.
VR has a whiff of white elephant on it still considering the amount of money you'd need to lash out. I'd wait a year or two. *

I think you're right, especially with oculus losing a case recently relating to the use of software in their headsets *

Got a ps vr and loving it so far, i actually think VR headset is a very underrated technology. *
