Back in web 1.0 it was easy because you could just save the page/source code, study and copy it while learning because pages were mostly simple HTML. * +

You need a text editor as mentioned notepad++ is a good free one. Next look online for some basic HTML and CSS tutorials. Learn this before progressing onto anything else. * +
