I downloaded a torrent containing 'Pantera - Discography ( 1983 - 2012 )' folder which is Zipped and encrypted. It contains a Text file with a link to a website to get the password but the Website does not exist.

How can I access the files? Is there a way?

I have to wonder if you downloaded 4.7 gigabytes of malware that was installed after trying to open that zip file. lol.gif * +

if he didn't have the password for the zip nothing could've been extracted from it.

if he was never expected to find the password then it would be pointless having a virus/Trojan in there.

sounds like torrent trolling to me * +

If it was listed as a zip.exe or zip.autoexe, then there it was a huge chance it was nothing but malware. * +

read the topic again until you understand.
he tried to open it.
it asked for a password
the original site didn't list one, thus making any virus' pointless. *
