@norega in india the 1060 6gb is same price as gtx 970 thats 24,ooo inr, while the amd 480 4gb is at 22,999 inr, so 1060 looks a good deal, some 1060 are at 22,999 Thats The normal one while the amp is at 24,000, VR score for the 1060 looks impresive at 8.1 While 480 is at 6.3 * +

GTX1060 6GB is pretty good really. These cards are maybe more expensive than people might think, but from what I have seen it's nearly as fast as a GTX980 at 1080p, probably the sweet spot for that sort of card. It wins against the RX 480 in most everything except DX12 with strong async compute, but it is generally still as fast. You can get mild OC versions for 240 pounds. It draws just 120 watts.

You wouldn't get one if you had a 970/980/R9 390 etc but if you had like a GTX760 or something from a previous generation it's a big upgrade. * +

Think the rx480 will pull ahead with driver updates and direct x12 games . The 1060 is way overpriced * +

RX 480 Price In India Now Has Gone Futher Down 8gb Used To Cost 26,900 inr ,Now The 8 Gb costs 22,990 , while 4 gb cost gone down from 22,900 to 20,990 that makes 480 8gb cheaper than Gtx 970 and 1060 * +

Stock v stock the GTX1060 is a good 10 percent faster, and at least as fast even on most of RX 480's favourite DX12 games. Pascal isn't fantastic at DX12 but it does at least gain unlike Maxwell. GTX1060 seems fine for 240-250 pounds, about 10 percent more than an RX 480 8GB, unsurprisingly. Seems spot on to me. * +

MSI RX 470 Price In India Is 15,000 For 4gb Saw Some Benchmark test It Comes Close To Both rx 480 and 1060 just 1-3 fps less , Price Is Super Cheap * +

RX 470 is very close to a 480 yes. Here, the price difference you may as well just buy the 480 it's only about 15 pounds more! * +
