I took my drive to an I.T technician cause it weren't reading and he told me my external hard drive is missing the main driver so where can I get seagate main drivers from? I have warranty on my drive but there is no seagate stores in South Africa please help me I'm so frustrated * +

The main driver? Usually you don't need to install drivers for hard disks they just work

It sounds like the drive has gone bad. If the files are not too important I would just junk it and start again. On the other hand if the files are very important then I would look at getting a data recovery specialist. That could cost a lot depending on where you go. * +

Connect it to another pc, use manage to create a partition.....that is, if it is a new drive with nothing on it...... *
