I need to program micro controller but only using wired programmer for basic write and read on chip so without software just only hand with wire for creating timing sequential ,any answer please ,thanks * +

You could try and buy a pickit2 or pickit3 programmer for not too much money. Wire it to the pins on a pic micro controller. Connect it to a computer with USB cable and write your code using mplab software on the computer then program the pic. * +

FTDI (voltage-ground TX0 TX1 ) USBASP also both are used to program Atmel tiny chips aka arduino PIC-MC, infact you can grb the maincode from the arduino forum and have TTL code to tinker with *
