Hi I have 3 choices for a gaming g card Gforce 9600 gt 512mb DDR3
GTS 250 1gb DDR3
Gt 520 1GB 64bit DDR3
Witch one should I choose that's a good gaming card * +

Which ever one takes less space in the bin, that's what I would go for if I had to have one of them cards. * +

take the gts 250. * +

Easy, GTS250 by miles. It's much faster than the other two. GTS250 was basically a rebranded slightly improved 9800GTX+ IIRC, which is miles faster than a 9600.
You have to bear in mind however it is essentially a 6 year old card. Anything even slightly newer will destroy it, like a Radeon 7770.
At least the GTS250 was decent in it's time. Anything before 2010 should run sweet as a nut. * +
