The above is something to any Virgin advisor will tell you who know the slightest thing they're talking about. I've never had ANY problems with the supplied Virgin hub personally, I had to do this all the time after trying to cope with a BT hub * +

Ok look, based on your other post the signal isn't good yes? Do this....
1 download and install inssider
2 run inssider and see what networks and channels are being used in your area, most likely 1, 6 n 11
3 sign into your router, change channel to one not used and check speed over wifi. Repeat till wifi speed and range is better
4 job done

Thanks for replies,ive tried changing the channel, but when i do so,my pc's dont seem to find channel coz they dont seem to work,what could i be doing wrong.Im running 3 devices if that makes a difference! * +

Yes Kazannts i use the lan cable, i followed the instructions off virgin media site, so dont know where im going wrong. * +
