I have a hp laptop ..its nearly new..i have an email with an attachment but it wnt open no matter what i try ..any suggestions .. Thanks *

What do you mean it wont open, the attachment wont open? What is the file extension? Maybe your anti virus is blocking it? What happens when you try to open it? *

do you have the basic programs... Acrobat, Word etc ? Wot kinda file is the attachment. You need to tell wots the file extension as newt said. Right click on the attachment view its properties to see wot kinda file it is. *
