Forget 3d or superHD this is the future of tv. It won't be available to buy for another 7yrs though. Only a very small handfull having been made so far, the 42inch example they were showing off was said to cost in excess of a million pounds. * +

A bit pointless though for a home tv. You'll barely see increased resolution. There is a limit to what you can really perceive on a limited screen size in your home and even 4k is kinda overkill for a TV unless it's massive and you sit right on top of it * +
