I have a problem that some times my pc get shutdown suddenly and shows a blue screen,after that it restart.please help me to get it of this problem * +

some times its abt faliour/stop working of any hardware and some times it about software...in both case it tells to update the hardware/software... * +

unplug all unnessesary devices usb etc what you dont use then use optimal default settings in the bios and save. * +

best to do a clean install for the os from time to time too backup all your data find all the hardware components names and download the latest drivers then do a clean windows installation. after that install all the drivers * +
