Sorry if this matches ur name,but I ain't joking,theres a laptop brand called BRIAN,I want to put it back to work,its just not powering up,no display,Ive checked cmos batry its ok,adapter and ram ok,but all no display. Any Idea pro * +

Try pressing and holding down one of the Function keys at the top of the keyboard when you turn the laptop on. I think it's either F3, Or F10 . It should take you to a CMOS setup type screen. If you can get this far but won't boot then your jar disk is dead. *
