Yes you can format it with Windows 7. No, it is physically impossible for you to give your USB device more memory, not without some soldering and adding it that is. * +

Btw, flash storage locations start to fail after being written to and deleted about 60 times. Yes, that means they do wear out even without moving parts. grin * +
