FTP is short for File Transport Protocal. You can find instructions on how to set it up with Windows Help Center. * +

ok. theres a number of ftp ''front ends'' available. offhand i cant name them but theyre free and easy to use. Soon as I get chance ill find a link for you. They'll enable you (with your login details) to easily connect to your host for uploading and editing your website. There are other options though such as Adobes Dreamweaver. * +
