there's no ms dos on vista, if you mean the c: prompt then go to start/run and type cmd * +

go download dosbox, its how i run dos programs like simfarm on vista, dont inbox me on how to get it to actually work though, i googled for hours on trying to configure it to actually work, got frustrated, clicked random folders and got it working * +

floppy disk boot loader if you have a fdd. if not then you need to make a bootable iso and install the files from that. m.e came after 98 and that was on cd so i dont see why you cant make a boot disk. * +
