I thought about this and the trick has to be the words 'sole charge', as Houllier didn't win something until he had been at the club over 2 seasons, but he wasn't technically in sole charge for his first season as he shared it with Evans for a few months right?

So if that is the case, it has to be the guy before Shankly?? The only reason I am knowing to guess this name is because of the darts . Phil Taylor? * +
