Maybe they just need to be louder then. Maybe it's also a shock for people that hadn't heard them before this weekend? I followed it for a long time and heard the engines middle of last year and the testing so used to it now * +

Yes. But I have always followed F1, I liked F1 before I liked anything else it's kind of my first sporting love. I distinctly remember watching Mansell destroy everyone in 1992 and then race my F1 toys around the carpet after at about 6 years old

Two Williams Renault F1 cars, the proper transporter truck that they could actually load in the back. Also a Mansell branded Formula Tyco set aka cheapo scalextric with broken cars because they usually flew off the track at incredible speeds into furniture with their wings and bits of shredded plastic exploding everywhere.
