Whos to blame? In my opinion.......... The press and the media is to blame, ever since Italia90 the media has always gone on about how England have gone out of tournaments on pens, that has got to get to the players? Especially when they have been fans watching England being knocked out on penaltys? * +

they were lucky to get to penalties anyway. wouldn't blame anyone we just aren't good enough at the higher level. * +

When we played our best during those 20 minutes- thats enough to beat them comfortably. We just cant keep that level for long enough. Once they rode that out without conceding we never came back enough to deserve to win anyway but the penalty thing is all psychological * +

the penalties were awful.. you aren't that far away from the goal that missing the net should be possible (young) and there should be enough power behind it to make the keeper have to pull off a great save, unlike coles effort.. we just suck * +
