iOS multitasks from iOS4.0 ,so the iPhone3G, 3GS and 4 multitask. The other OSs multitask, s60 is not the only one. * +

The iphone has limited multitasking capabilities. I wouldnt swap my n82 for an iphone 3G 32gb.. Its slower than the ipod touches. Only with the new iphone 4 apple has enabled better multitasking. But screw iphones, my next phone will be a htc desire or samsung galaxy.. Or any awesome android phone. * +

The 3GS and 4 are fantastic, i updated my mum's 3GS to 4.1 and its silky smooth, and so fast, and proper multitasking since 4.0. As much i enjoy android, man oh man is the iphone sweet, especialy since the 3GS as both 3GS and iP4 use A8 Cortex CPUs. I think the 3GS uses a older Samsung CPU bt with PowerVR SGX530 GPU (same as N900), whereas iP4 uses a SGX540, you can tel the SW is built very well for the HW, Android is still playing catch up in terms of UI fluidity. * +
