I don't advise users with fixed memory phones to try these unless you are sure they work on your phone.

To Add New Font:
Download and install Font Router and FontRouterMan to Memory Card.
Copy your .ttf font into E:data/fonts/ run FontRouterMan to enable it and reboot phone.
Your phone will start up with new font in use.

All these screenshots are off my n95 so i can guarantee they will not cause any problem on phones with fixed memory.
