You need:
Mobile Signer
For touch screen phones use:
Free Signer
and a Developers Certificate aka .cer
Get 'your' .cer from:
Opda Cert Request English * +

1. Install Mobile Signer v1.03.sisx.
2. Copy/Extract NoPass.key to E:
3. Copy/Extract 'your'.cer to E:
4. Copy/Extract the Unsigned app to E:
5. Now run Mobile Signer
6. In Sis: select Unsigned app from E:

7. In Key: select NoPass from E:
8. In Cer: select 'your'.cer from E:
9. In Password: leave it blank unless you use another .key with password.
10. Click Options then Sign
11. Using file explorer eg: X-plore, go to E: and install the new signed app with .sisx extension.

To sign other apps just copy another unsigned app to e/ and follow from step 5.
