My nokia e7 is going on and off when inserted the simcard but without sim or on offline work well. What could be the major problem? *

try to master reset the phone, if still the same maybe the SUPERDONGLE KEY is corrupt and invalid! You can check by reading it in free pc software Nokia BB5 USB Utility v2.8 just select read info and it will say if SD key is valid or bad , if its bad youll need get someone with a service box(cyclone etc) to repair the SD key . *
