Another internet corner false claim with no ground. The older scriptures have hell in it if you let the OT speak. Ofcourse the word hell was invented later but the place described is the same.

No 1 can prove that there is or isn't a God which is why religion is down to belief. If someone wants to believe 1 thing and someone another, however crazy those beliefs might be to others, no 1 can tell them that they can't believe what they want to. * +

Its a very questionable opinion on a number of levels, for example based on however 'crazy the beliefs are' ..take sub-saharan Africa, Tanzania, Albino beliefs and superstitions either an omen or a source of wealth, led to murder decapitation infacticide..are we not obligated to tell em its wrong, or think of Jim Jones..and his mass suicide should we let em be and their beliefs * +

It is not beliefs that lead to murder but conflicts of belief. If everyone accepted that someone has a belief that might differ from theres then it wouldn't happen. Using religion to try and justify murder is wrong and is not what religion should be about. No religion justifies murder yet certain extremists twist there views to try and justify it. * +
