Every muslim condemns this terrorist attack and Killing innocent people especially innocent children is none but the work of evil. There's evil in all nations races and religions but one should understand we cannot hold an entire nation race or religion accountable for individuals who choose evil.

That is exactly what he and million other Muslims mean when they claim a certain terror attack wasn't done by a Muslim, setting aside the conspiracy theorists, most of what it simply means is the act was not Islamic in nature, and they denounce them. Denouncing terrorism and terrorists from the religion is not abhorrent in any way at all, as long as they are opposed. * +
