It was a non mandatory outsourced class for mid level officers and some non military logistical planners or something like that. It certainly goes against the brief of what he was meant to be lecturing on. Its the opposite of what he was meant to be doing and that should have been spotted long before it ever got the opportunity to be complained about. * +

That guy has been teaching that s**t for years and it has gone unchecked until just recently. There have been abuses and we all know it, the question is how much could this have contributed to it. These are young men and women in positions of stress and pressure way beyond what we experience and in the instances of someone snapping or people endeavouring on a course of action, how much of that can be attributed to a voice in the back of their head saying s**t like he did. * +
