I've read somewhere long ago that our stomach can't digest human blood (obviously,since our body isn't ment to work that way) . As soon as red blood cells are detected in ur stomach the brain assumes that ur bleeding internally and makes u vomit. But if it's only a tiny amount of blood detected,nothing happens. There are also risks of infections,of course. * +
