How you look at this being fact or not depends on your beliefs.
However, it is supposed that our internal feelings + mindful look at life should guide us to the truth.
Regarding the last question, yes life after death is with both soul and body, same as we live now, but in different place eternally.

There's no evidence of a soul at all. There isn't even anything fixed that moves from moment to moment let alone anything resurrect. * +
