If as Buddhism teaches there is no eternal soul or independent self then what reincarnates?

If I was a Buddhist, I'd say ask yourself who am I and when you find the 'I', that's what gets reincarnated . Then again if you realise your non self nature then it doesn't matter what you believe. It's all limited to how your 'i' (that doesn't exists) perceives things. There's no truth, there's no enlightenment then, there's no final answer, maybe you're a tree, .lol * +

Yeah.
So what reincarnates then, in Buddhism? Because then it's nonsense. There's no perceiver, no object perceived, no perceiver who witness experience. There's no experience either then. Just product of thought. There's no watcher who is above thought and thinking. So why believing in reincarnation in Buddhism?
