no, not one of those .... because too easily can an innocent be put to death... yes, chances are slim, but they are still there, albeit how slim.... nothin will ever be a hunderd percent as humans are corruptible. * +

Modern moral dilemma. Should the people that have committed absolute atrocities that ruined the loves of innocent people,and deserving of death,live,for fear that the judge would get it wrong and kill the innocent? * +
