Yes the entire chapter is Jesus passing down his commands and instructions to love one another as he has loved them .All well until he says in the next verse :

''14 You are my friends if you do what I command.''

Where did i say that i dont believe that part? My point is you dont have the qualification to interpret anything from the bible as you have proven many times doing this just to stir up things.
