Life does not owe us anything. Be happy you have life. Take it like you take your video games. Keep grinding away and level up. Be efficient. Happiness comes from a chemical in your brain that can be triggered with certain things. Go take a nice sauna from time to time and do something constructive. It has been proven that going thru a sauna is a good anti depressant and also good for health. * +

If you keep hammering on negative emotions your whole health will degrade. Fight off those thoughts and be positive. Its how you protect yourself. It is like willingly poisoning yourself. Overthinking is a waste of time anyway. * +
