Life after death is one of the essential beliefs in Islam and some other religions.
Here, I just list some of Quran verses that shows
(1) This fact.
(2) What denying and hesitant people says.
(3) Dialogue and response or discussions.

Quran 16.38 (And they swear by Allah their strongest oaths [that] Allah will not resurrect one who dies. But yes - [it is] a true promise [binding] upon Him, but most of the people do not know.) * +

Quran 64.7-10 (Those who disbelieve have claimed that they will never be resurrected. Say, Yes, by my Lord, you will surely be resurrected; then you will surely be informed of what you did. And that, for Allah, is easy....
So believe in Allah and His Messenger and the Qur'an which We have sent down. And Allah is Acquainted with what you do....
The Day He will assemble you for the Day of Assembly - that is the Day of Deprivation. And whoever believes in Allah and does righteousness - He will remove from him his misdeeds and admit him to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. That is the great attainment....
But the ones who disbelieved and denied Our verses - those are the companions of the Fire, abiding eternally therein; and wretched is the destination.) * +

Quran 37.16-21 (When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected?
And our forefathers [as well]?
Say, Yes, and you will be [rendered] contemptible.
It will be only one shout, and at once they will be observing.
They will say, O woe to us! This is the Day of Recompense.
[They will be told], This is the Day of Judgement which you used to deny.) * +

Quran 36.77-83 (Does man not consider that We created him from a [mere] sperm-drop - then at once he is a clear adversary?
And he presents for Us an example and forgets his [own] creation. He says, Who will give life to bones while they are disintegrated?
Say, He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing.
[It is] He who made for you from the green tree, fire, and then from it you ignite.
Is not He who created the heavens and the earth Able to create the likes of them? Yes, [it is so]; and He is the Knowing Creator.
His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, Be, and it is.
So exalted is He in whose hand is the realm of all things, and to Him you will be returned.)

It's not a fact. What do you believe survives after death? The soul? The personality? * +

How you look at this being fact or not depends on your beliefs.
However, it is supposed that our internal feelings + mindful look at life should guide us to the truth.
Regarding the last question, yes life after death is with both soul and body, same as we live now, but in different place eternally. * +

Quran 45.24-26 (And they say, There is not but our worldly life; we die and live, and nothing destroys us except time. And they have of that no knowledge; they are only assuming.
And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, their argument is only that they say, Bring [back] our forefathers, if you should be truthful.
Say, Allah causes you to live, then causes you to die; then He will assemble you for the Day of Resurrection, about which there is no doubt, but most of the people do not know.) * +
