Well, Islam is not a drop in the ocean.
If worldwide followers is your metric, then Muslims are 24.1 , directly after Christianity (31.2), followed by non-religions (16).
This means, if your ocean has only 4 drops, then yes Islam is one drop, Christianity is 1.24 of the drop.

There is obviously a misconception about
(1) Number of worshiped Gods Vs. Number of Regligions. They are not the same. A religion consists of full set of guidelines for human life, not only to name a God to worship.
(2) The comprehension of Religion guidelines for all detail of aspects human life from minor to major details. I believe only few religions do this.
These include: Faith, worship, character/morals/ethics, economy and social systems, life after death, ... and so on.
Islam is a religion of the most comprehensive to all aspects of the above and more.
If anyone from other religions can enlighten us, then it is welcomed. * +

In addition to my above reply, let consider a man somewhere in India decided to worship a creature as a God, or another somewhere in middle Africa decided to worship his beloved tree as a God.
Can we consider such religions to occupy one number of the 4300 religions, and same time either Islam or Christianity only one number? It is definitely an invalid comparison..
Why? For the above two reasons + it is purely human choice of God usually influenced by personal interpretation/understanding of life and related issues.
If a man decide to worship a creature or whatever, and consider that as his God, then it is unfair and invalid to call this a religion. It tends more to be personal interpretation.
Therefore, a divine comprehensive religion is a different story. * +
