The religious divide between Christian and Muslim is what separated the two Sudans.

Muslims have it better in a Christian-practicing country than Christians in a Muslim-majority nation.
Why is that?

Many refugees who have flocked from Muslim or Arab countries or regions to Europe or other Western Nations cite that it's because if extreme fundamental interpretations of Islam that makes life unbearable for them back home.
Even Muslims agree that fundamentalism is practically unlivable wherein wherever it is predominant. * +
