no when you want to retaliate at a country that is openly targeting your civilians and you have no means of targeting that country you fire at that country. just like they did in ww2 when they also didn't have targeting weapons they would drop bombs on the cities of the enemy country. if you want hamas to only target your army then supply them with weapons that can do it.
These terrorists do have laser guided wepons . They get most of their wepons from Iran, Iraq and Syria. That means they will have wepons from North Korea as well. Time to go study their weapons. They have good wepons, they are only to stupid to use them. Will it be better for you if Israel downgrade their wepons and start Firing randomly into Gaza.? * +

Palestine existed before israel, hamas are not targeting civilians with guided weapons because they dont have guided weapons because if they did you would see reports of IDF deaths with these weapons, i supports the Palestinian people one hundred percent.
