Philippians 2:6Who, existing in the form of God, did not consider equality with God something to cling to, 7but emptied Himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in human likeness. 8And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to death even death on a cross. * +

Were talking about the pre-incarnate Christ. The time when He was not yet become a human but had a human like form.

so did he walk in the garden with a human like form? and what makes this human like form different from a human form? and was this human form the same form as the form he was born with? please answer the first question with a YES or NO * +

The Son had the human like form but was not a human. You propably could say God created our outward appearance after Christ. * +

Hebrews 2:16-18(NIV)

16For surely it is not angels he helps, but Abrahams descendants.
17For this reason he had to be made like them, fully human in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people.
18Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted. * +
