Samsara is often described as a cycle of birth and deaths. why a cycle? Like a spoke on a wheel its constantly in motion like our lives are in flux, once the spoke has reached the highest point it can only move down and in turn once it has reached the lowest point it moves up again. Our lives are very much like this as they move from realm to realm, we fall in to lower realms and rise only to fall again. * +

Its extremely difficult to break free of this cycle of ups and downs as each realm brings its own set of challenges that influence your path. * +

Right now we are in the human realm where for many of us the conditions are much more possible for us to break free of this cycle since the obstacles are not as traumatic as say Avici hell. Although we suffer here, we learn and can adapt from it, our strength is resilient, we care because we can relate to the suffering of others since we have experienced those circumstances first hand. * +

Heaven and Hell,Samsara and Nirvana are also just mental states. There is no Buddha outside of the mind. * +

No problem with Buddhism but stop thinking long enough and the dream ends. Normally you have to kill yourself to reach enlightenment. Don't think of Buddha and say wow...what a great man. Rather ask...how the fk can you do that to yourself? God wants to dream and that's why the body and mind goes into total stress when you meditate too long. why oh why would you want to end it. Unless your life is total shyt. But a prince? Come on. And why would you want to end all your karma? Nope...the meaning of life is not to work of past karma but to keep on dreaming and playing the role of the pimp or his hooker. That's the meaning of life * +

While some people may believe that heaven, hell and samsara are just mental states the majority of Buddhist believe these are different things.Mental states is an ambiguous term that usually describes a constant condition pertaining to psychological health.. * +

For example these states can be results of traumatic experiences, genetic traits, biological health and other factors such as environmental pressures. Although the majority of these states are involuntary there are self-induced mental states that are most commonly caused by toxins such as drugs and alcohol. * +
